Extended Learning Time
The Extended Learning Time (ELT) Grant Program is authorized under of New York State °µÍøTV Law. The purpose of the ELT competitive grant program is to provide funding to school districts operating independently or in collaboration with not-for-profit community based organizations (CBOs) to increase school-wide learning opportunities in high-quality extended day and/or extended school year programs with a focus on improving academic achievement.
