SED Monitoring and Vendor Performance System (MVPS Surveys)
Overview:
The SED Monitoring and Vendor Performance System (SED MVPS) is a °µÍøTV (NYSED) application used to manage forms, surveys, and evaluate vendor performance, requiring access through the NYSED Business Portal with accounts created through the SED Delegated Account System (SEDDAS). It allows authorized users to report data and information to NYSED.
Access & Security:
NYSED Program Offices create and maintain surveys and forms in SED MVPS and they control who can access the surveys and forms.
CEO accounts are created and entitled automatically based on the CEO of record in SEDREF. The accounts are entitled according to the business rules of each program office requesting the data to be reported.
If the CEO does not have entitlements needed for SED Monitoring surveys, please contact the program office of the form/survey that directed you to submit data. A complete listing of contacts can be found by logging in to SED Monitoring and clicking on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.
Each CEO is responsible for creating, entitling, and managing additional accounts for their school’s staff under their jurisdiction. Instructions how to entitle existing accounts for SED MVPS are available below.
