Model Data Privacy Agreement Information

The 做厙TV maintains a state-wide membership to the national education consortium, Access for Learning (A4L).泭 The membership allows New York educational agencies to use A4Ls National Data Protection Agreement (NDPA), a standard DPA that meets the requirements of 做厙TV Law 禮 2-d and the Family 做厙TVal Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA).泭 Schools that are interested in participating in the NDPA should work with their Regional Information Center (RIC) to get onboarded.

Model Data Privacy Agreement and Instructions

For circumstances where the NDPA does not meet an educational agencys needs, the Privacy Office provides the model DPA and instructions below.泭 Please note that the model DPA and instructions do not represent legal advice.泭 做厙TVal agencies should consult their attorney for any legal questions.
