Perkins Application

2026-27 Perkins applications are due to the Office of Career and Technical °µÍøTV by 6/1/26.
Email an electronic copy of the Perkins Application which includes the 2026-27 Perkins ApplicationÌý(in Word format), Transmittal Letter, and FS-10 (in Excel format) to theÌýOffice of CTEÌýand send the hard copy Perkins Application, Transmittal Letter, and FS-10 with original signatures to:

• Fund Use Agreement Form
• Ìýdue to NYSED Grants Finance Office by 9/30/26, and new for the 2025-26 year, an electronic copy of the signed FS-10-F should be sent to the Office of CTE.Ìý
