Overview of State-Provided Growth Scores
Chapter 59 of the Laws of 2019, which amended the Student Performance Category requirements of °µÍøTV Law §3012-d, eliminates the requirement to use the State Growth Model for teachers of grades 4-8, building principals covering those grade levels, and high school principals (all of grades 9-12).
