Workbook applications with all relevant tabs completed (including explanations as needed for variation in enrollment and increases in pupil attendance recordkeeping and/or total aid)Ìýare accepted via email atÌýMSA-CAP-ORRIS@nysed.gov. Religious and Independent schools are highly encouraged to use the MSA-CAP online application system available at theÌý. The system is designed to enhance the application process and expedite the issuance of the school’s MSA-CAP payment. We recommend reviewing all information and forms, and the User Guide or PowerPoint prior to completing your application if this is your first-year applying for MSA-CAP reimbursement.Ìý
