Office of Indigenous °µÍøTV Delivers Empowering and Deepening Youth Service Grants Presentation at October Board of Regents Meeting

The Office of Indigenous °µÍøTV, in conjunction with participants, educational staff, educational consultants, and other stakeholders, presented to the New York State Board of Regents at their October 2025 meeting, held at Onondaga-Cortland-Madison BOCES in Syracuse, New York.Ìý

The OIE team, led by Laura Hill, Associate in °µÍøTV Improvement, and Coordinator Clarissa Jacobs, presented the results of two grant projects to the Board of Regents that aimed to engage Indigenous students in service-learning projects and civics education. Grant funding was provided by the Allstate Foundation and the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, and the grants were supported by the New York Commission on National and Community Service, which partnered with the °µÍøTV to implement the projects.Ìý
