To better align with our current submission requirements, the FP-AU form has been replaced by two new forms:

• FP-AU (INSTR): Application for Use - Instructional Building
• FP-AU (NON-INSTR): Application for Use - Non-Instructional Building

Please use the form that corresponds to the building���s intended use when submitting requests for new leases, building acquisitions, or any other situations involving the use of space that has not yet been approved by NYSED. The old FP-AU form will no longer be accepted as of July 1, 2025.
